Check Please...

To all of our faithful readers, you know Lisa and Jen shop a lot and have many other extra curricular activities; therefore, we do not have a great deal of time to do domestic type things such as cooking dinner. This forces us to eat out a lot. We have been to almost any restaurant you can think of and while some may think that is great - we do not . We get very irritated with the stupidity of the people around us.

Lisa and Jen live in completely different states and types of neighborhoods; with that said we still seem to run into the same kind of people. We run into a lot of unintelligent, ignorant people who think their behavior and their children's behavior is acceptable in public...WELL IT IS NOT!!! We also run into people who want to praise the lord in the middle of Applebee's.

Let us start with the ignorant people: Just because your welfare check is big enough that you can take your family of 18 out to dinner, does not mean you can behave any way you want. Shut that kid up already! We are trying to enjoy our dinner and we do not want to hear your kids screaming and running up and down the isles. It is not cute when your kid is shoving crayons up their nose and than throwing them across the table into our salad. NASTY!! Maybe you need to use your check to buy groceries and stay home.

Next up we have the religious fanatics: Just because you found God and want to praise his name left and right does not give you the right to do it in the middle of the restaurant. We do not want to hear you singing and praying from across the room. We do not want to know how you praise the Lord and all the details of your last trip to the church. We do not care! It is disrespectful to those of us who have not yet found the Lord. These people make us say...CHECK PLEASE!

Last we have just plain unintelligent: We have said this so many times before people, if you cannot do math...LEARN or stay home! We do not appreciate the very loud conversations and sometimes down right arguments over who owes what or how much of a tip to leave. While we admit, every once in awhile these people are funny because they get so worked up and are ready to throw down over the tax and tip. Nothing is better than a good old fashioned brawl at the Olive Garden.

So people we leave you with these words of advice - If you cannot control your ignorance, love of the Lord, and your lack of common sense; do the world a favor and keep your ass at home and make a frozen pizza.
